Revocation of your agreement to data processing

Many data processing activities are only possible with your expressed agreement. You may however revoke an agreement at any time. A simple statement by e-mail to us will suffice. The legality of any data processing performed up until your revocation remains in force.

Revocation rights against data collection in special cases as well as against direct mail (Art. 21 DSGVO)

When data processing is performed on the basis of Art. 6 Section 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, you have the right resulting from your particular situation at any time to file an objection to the processing of your personal data. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The relevant legal basis on which processing is based can be taken from this Data Privacy Statement. We will no longer process your relevant personal data after you have objected unless we can prove that there are reasonable grounds requiring protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedom or should the processing serve the enforcement, exercise or defense of legal rights (Objection according to Art. 21 Section 1 DSGVO).

This also applies to profiling; in as far as it is in connection with direct mailing.   • If the processing of your personal data is or was not legal, you may demand the limitation of the processing of your personal data instead of its deletion.
  • If we no longer require your personal data but you require them to exercise, defend or assert your legal rights, you may demand the limitation of the processing of your personal data instead of its deletion.
  • If you have objected according to Art. 21 Section 1 DSGVO, a fair balance of your and our interests has to be considered. Until it is clear whose interests are strongest, you have the right to demand limitation of the processing of your personal data.
